ADD21 - BARBARIAN Sculpted by Alan & Michael Perry. This is the third of the 'adventure packs', sets of figures depicting characters mounted on horseback and on foot. This is a human male Barbarian player character, a class which first appeared in the AD&D rules in Dragon Magazine #62, Imagine Magazine #2 in the UK and was later published in the Unearthed Arcana supplement. Pose 1 Pose 1. This is the foot version of the figure, unarmoured and wearing only a fur loincloth and belt, carrying a hand axe and a spear. A sling hangs from his belt and a dagger hilt can be seen protruding from his right boot. Pose 2 Pose 2. The mounted figure is identically armed and (un)dressed, and is depicted about to throw his spear. His horse is a sturdy-looking beast wearing simple harness and a fur saddle.
